Contact must be made to make me aware of purchaser's intention to return an item BEFORE item is returned. Any painting which is returned MUST be well-packaged and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned item MUST be received in it's original condition. The determination of this is entirely at the discretion of the artist and his decision to accept or reject the returned item is final. Any item deemed to be in an unsuitable condition on return will be either rejected at delivery, or shipped back to the buyer (at the cost of the artist and at a time to be determined by the artist but within thirty days of receipt of returned item). In either case the original purchase price will not be refunded to the purchaser. Purchaser will be deemed to be in agreement with these terms once payment has been made for selected item(s).
